Missing 4-Year-Old Found Dead Inside Toy Chest

Four-year-old Kache Wallis’ tragic death in Hurricane, Utah, unfolded when he mysteriously disappeared from his bed and was later found lifeless inside a small toy chest in his bedroom. The official cause of death, confirmed by the Utah Medical Examiner’s Office, was “positional asphyxiation.” This heart-wrenching ordeal began when Kache’s grandmother, rising from her slumber, realized he was missing from his bed and alerted authorities.

Despite a comprehensive search of the premises by law enforcement officers, there was initially no sign of Kache. As fears for his safety grew, a missing alert was issued, galvanizing the local community to join forces with law enforcement in their search for the missing child.
