We Won’t Be Seeing Dolly Parton Any More

Dolly Parton, the Queen of Country, is shifting her career. At 76, she’s retiring from full tours but will do occasional unique shows. She wants to spend more time with her husband and be available for her loved ones when needed.

Dolly stays active with various projects, including dog toys, new music, movies, and music videos. Her latest project is her CD ‘Run, Rose, Run,’ linked to a bestselling novel co-authored with James Patterson. She’s even joining the movie cast and co-producing it.

Looking forward, Dolly plans to create a rock album, especially after a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination. She’s excited about it and says, “Hopefully I’m going to have a really terrific album when I level out from finishing the movie. I’m eager to experience it.” Fans can’t wait for the next phase of her career.
