In 1983, Patricia Clarke sensed her baby would be large, given her family history. Her son, Kevin Robert Clark, broke records at birth, weighing over 16 pounds, making him possibly the largest newborn in New Jersey. Despite struggling with standard-sized baby items, Kevin was healthy. His size gained national attention, featuring on “Saturday Night Live” and “Good Morning America.”
Growing rapidly, Kevin reached 5 feet 7 inches by age 12 and soared to 6 feet 5 inches in junior high. Now 35, standing at 6 feet 9 inches, he humorously responds to inquiries about his height. Kevin, a former military man, lives with his 6-foot-tall wife and a Great Dane. While being in the spotlight since birth may pose challenges, Kevin navigates it with ease, embracing his unique stature.
