4-Month-Old Baby Found In Tree After Tennessee Tornado

In a harrowing encounter with a tornado in Tennessee, a family faced unimaginable challenges. Sidney Moore, a 22-year-old mother, recounts the terrifying ordeal as a tornado ripped the roof off their mobile home, taking their son Lord in a bassinet. “He was inside the bassinet at the time,” says Sidney. The father, attempting to save their child, was picked up by the tornado, holding onto the baby as they were thrown in circles.

Amid collapsing walls, Sydney clutched her 1-year-old son, Princeton. Instinctively, she ran and shielded him as debris surrounded them. “I felt like I was really being crushed. I couldn’t breathe,” she recalls. Despite losing everything, including clothing and essentials, they miraculously survived. The father suffered a broken arm and shoulder. A crowdfunding effort exceeded its $100,000 goal, providing relief for furnishings, a vehicle, insurance, and a new home.
