Tattoo addict inks 95 percent of his body, reveals what he looked like just 5 years ago

Tristan Weigelt, a 26-year-old tattoo apprentice, gained attention for transforming 95% of his body into an intricate canvas of tattoos. Starting the journey at 20, he underwent six full-day sessions for face and head tattoos, describing the pain as an eight out of 10, akin to being scraped with a metal brush. Weigelt spent $50,000 over five years on this unique form of self-expression.

In before-and-after photos, Weigelt reflects, “It’s kind of weird looking at myself without all the tattoos, but funnily enough, I still feel exactly the same as before on the inside.” Despite the intense physical change, he emphasizes there are no hidden meanings behind his tattoos. Weigelt encourages others to choose tattoos based on personal preference, stating, “Get what you love and what makes sense to you.”
