This house looked to be on its last legs

A house erected in 1887 by the side of the road appeared to be falling at any minute. When people shopping for a new home passed by this large property, they didn’t bother looking at it again, but someone spotted the ruined house and decided to buy it.

He invested time and money to rescue this architectural heritage and turn it into a wonderful dwelling.

The transformation of this house is almost too good to be true.

This is how it looked at first.

And this is how it looks now, after repair.

The interior is even more breathtaking than the exterior.

The floors are constructed of five distinct types of wood. Stained glass panels add splashes of color and light.

Each of the five bedrooms on the second level is uniquely designed and has its particular charm.

There is also a little room suitable for an office with a view.

Who wouldn’t want to live in such a lovely, welcoming home that exudes such a particular warmth?

This feels quite familiar.
