Netflix star tragically dies at 41

Julián Ortega, star of the Netflix series *Elite*, died at 41 after collapsing on a beach in Spain. His death was announced by Spain’s national union of actors and actresses, stating, “Rest in peace. Our most sincere condolences to the actor’s family and friends.”

Ortega suffered cardiac arrest at Zahora Beach in Barbate, where paramedics attempted to revive him for 30 minutes but were unsuccessful.Ortega, a graduate of Madrid’s Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático, appeared in *Elite* and other shows like *Caronte* and *Cable Girls*.His colleagues paid tribute. Paco Collado expressed: “You left us with sympathy, generosity, and professionalism,” while Fernando Tejero said, “I’m heartbroken, dear friend. You were such a great actor and an even better person.”Actress Sílvia Marsó added: “Today, the profession loses an exceptional colleague and unforgettable human being.”
