Simon Cowell pictured with fiancée and son after fans concerned

Fans have expressed concern over Simon Cowell’s appearance in a recent family photo with fiancée Lauren Silverman and their son Eric. The 62-year-old TV personality, who had previously alarmed viewers during an April appearance on *Britain’s Got Talent*, was seen posing warmly with Lauren and Eric, sparking online speculation about his health. One user tweeted, “Simon looks ill #britainsgottalent,” while another observed his “blood blistered fingers,” calling him “seriously not a well man.”

Cowell and Silverman, set to marry later this year, have been engaged in spirit for some time. Simon shared, “Lockdown and Covid was probably make or break for many relationships. We were in the same house for over a year… and I thought it was the right thing to do for [our son] Eric.”

On his recent weight loss, Cowell described his routine: “The most dramatic period was the first month… All I do is avoid just red meat – white meat is fine – and I eat loads of vegetables, salads, and drink this great beer.” He emphasized the importance of a “sensible” yet “interesting and tasty” diet, which, he says, “makes it surprisingly easy.”

Fans continue to watch closely as he prepares for both his upcoming wedding and his ongoing health journey.
