Andrea Emilova Ivanova, a Bulgarian woman from Sofia, is on a quest to have the world’s largest lips. Since starting her transformation in 2018, Andrea has spent thousands of pounds on lip injections. By the end of that year, her lips had quadrupled in size, yet she continues to seek further enhancement.

Andrea recently received her 20th hyaluronic acid injection, noting, “I like my new lips a lot…it was hard to eat after the injection.” While uncertain if hers are the world’s biggest lips, she believes they’re “one of the biggest.”

Though advised by some doctors to stop, Andrea remains determined, saying she’ll “stop at nothing” to reach her goal. She shared, “I feel great to have even more,” despite medical opinions suggesting she’s reached her limit. Her doctor has agreed to perform additional injections after a two-month break.

Andrea, with over 10,000 Instagram followers, has spent over £2,600 ($3,200) to date on procedures, each costing around £134. She remains unfazed by any risks, confident that her lips won’t “burst.”
