A woman shared her story on Reddit, detailing how her five-year marriage unraveled due to her husband’s failure to support her against his mother’s hurtful accusations. She now faces the difficult decision of staying or leaving as a single mother.

From the birth of their son, her mother-in-law (MIL) repeatedly commented that the baby didn’t resemble her husband, implying infidelity. The woman explained, “For a while now [my MIL] has been making comments about how my son doesn’t look like my husband.
