President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive order recognizing only two genders, male and female. He stated, “With a signature on the first day of my term, I will end the transgender madness.” 
In Kosovo, Eman Rrahmani of the “Coalition for Family” shares similar views, asserting they will not ally with parties that “initiate laws for gender change and our children.” 
Rrahmani also announced financial incentives for families, promising that “every woman who gives birth to the first child will receive 500 euros per month for two consecutive years,” with increased amounts for subsequent children.
