Out At DOGE As Rumors Swirl About Political Future

Vivek Ramaswamy, co-chair of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), will not assume the role. Sources confirmed his departure shortly after the announcement. Ramaswamy, a biotech entrepreneur and former presidential candidate, plans to run for Ohio governor following Governor Mike DeWine’s appointment of Jon Husted to the Senate.

Ramaswamy, who co-founded DOGE with Elon Musk, must step back due to organizational rules. Despite his poor Iowa caucus results, his vocal support for Trump bolsters his chances in Ohio. Ramaswamy’s campaign is expected to begin next week.
