The PSA Airlines flight, carrying 60 passengers and four crew, collided with a BlackHawk helicopter carrying three military personnel near Ronald Reagan National Airport just before 9:00 p.m. Both aircraft plunged into the Potomac River, with 18 bodies recovered so far.
