Tiger Woods’ Mother, Kultida, Passes Away – Grieving Golfer Speaks Out

Tiger Woods announced the passing of his mother, Kultida Woods, who died Tuesday morning at 78.

“With heartfelt sadness, I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning,” Woods wrote on X. “Her spirit was simply undeniable… She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter. Without her, none of my personal achievements would have been possible.”

Kultida, beloved by her grandchildren Sam and Charlie, met Tiger’s father, Earl Woods, in Thailand in 1966. The couple married three years later in Brooklyn. Woods thanked supporters for their prayers and privacy during this difficult time.
