Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33-year-old bodybuilder and world champion in arm lifting, bench press, and deadlift, is known as the world’s most muscular woman. Once a skinny, bullied teenager weighing only 40kg at 14, she began training to boost her confidence. Now, she weighs between 246 and 275 pounds.
At 15, she won a regional bodybuilding competition in Russia. “Just like everyone else, I first went to the gym without a goal, but after three months, my trainer asked if I wanted to compete.” She later won the 2014 Cup of Eurasia and became the 2015 Cup Eastern Europe (GPA) Champion.
She set records in powerlifting and deadlifting while promoting hard work. “It’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and moving forward.”
Nataliya, a graduate of Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture, also performed at the Bolshoi Theatre. She met her husband online, saying, “Our love story is quite modern.”
Despite her striking physique, she embraces her uniqueness: “The classical standards and norms are long gone.” Now retired from powerlifting, she uses her influence to inspire others to reach their potential.
