Warning about the habit of “welcoming” can:cer into the body

“Cancer is the fastest growing disease in the world.” However, many still follow habits that increase cancer risk.

Too much sitting, too little exercise: Sitting for long hours raises the risk of colon, endometrial, and lung cancer. “For every 2 hours of work, the risk of cancer increases.” The ACS recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity weekly.

Spicy Food, Hot Food: WCRF and AICR studies show that eating hot food above 65°C can damage the esophagus lining, increasing the risk of gastrointestinal cancer. Let food cool before eating and limit spicy foods.

Eating too quickly: This habit impacts digestion, causing bloating, reflux, and potentially increasing cancer risk. Chewing slowly helps saliva and enzymes break down food properly.

Eating overnight food: Leftover food produces nitrites, which form nitrosamines in the stomach. “If too much nitrosamine accumulates in the liver, it can cause poisoning and easily lead to cancer.” Cook enough food for one meal and avoid reheating leftovers.

Using too many stimulants: Regular consumption of beer, wine, and coffee can damage tissues and cells, raising cancer risk. Limit intake to protect your health.
