Vance, Family Moved To Safe Location After Being Targeted By Protesters

Vice President J.D. Vance’s family was moved to an “undisclosed location” after pro-Ukraine protesters gathered outside Vermont’s Sugarbush Resort, where they were vacationing.

The protests came after a heated Oval Office meeting involving President Trump, Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Ukrainian President Zelensky. Zelensky’s refusal to sign an economic deal and his demand for more military aid sparked tensions.

The meeting ended in chaos, with Zelensky clashing publicly with Trump and Vance. Vance criticized Zelensky’s stance, calling the demands “unreasonable” and urging a focus on diplomacy.

Protesters accused the U.S. of abandoning Ukraine. One demonstrator said, “We stand with Ukraine against aggression.”

The Secret Service relocated Vance’s family amid safety concerns. No injuries were reported, but the situation highlighted growing divisions over U.S. foreign policy.
