The well-known political analyst Lou Dobbs died at 78. Former President Donald Trump called him “an incredible talent” and a “truly amazing reporter.”
“Lou was unique, and he loved our nation,” Trump added. Dobbs started at KBLU radio in Arizona before moving to NBC’s King-TV in Seattle.
He joined CNN in 1980, hosting *Moneyline*, and became one of its first reporters. Dobbs left CNN in 2009 after controversy over his immigration coverage.
