Suel Nogueira, a world-renowned bodybuilder, died at 40 after a motorcycle crash. He collided with the back of a truck while riding through traffic and was airlifted to a hospital in Curitiba, Parana state, but passed away en route.
Paramedics tried to revive him for 40 minutes at the scene. Nogueira’s greatest achievement was winning Brazil’s Pro Bodybuilding organization, the Campeao Mundial, eight times. He also claimed 25 other titles, including one in the World Fitness Federation (WFF).
Nogueira’s journey from obesity to world champion inspired many. At his heaviest, he weighed around 120 kg before transforming his life.

Tributes poured in online, with one user writing, “My condolences to the family members,” and another saying, “May God welcome him with open arms.”
