Global Community Rallies in

Pope Francis remains hospitalized at Rome’s Gemelli Hospital due to a severe respiratory infection. Admitted on February 14, he was diagnosed with “double pneumonia and early-stage kidney insufficiency.”

Despite the critical diagnosis, the Vatican reports he is “awake, in good spirits,” and receiving treatments like high-flow oxygen therapy and blood transfusions.

The Vatican has organized nightly rosary prayers in St. Peter’s Square, led by cardinals, to pray for his recovery. These gatherings have attracted faithful from around the world, showing global concern for the Pope’s health.

His health condition remains serious but stable as doctors continue monitoring him closely.

The Pope’s resilience and the public’s solidarity highlight his significance to the global Catholic community.
