He was a true heartthrob in a famous TV Series. Today at only 68, David looks unrecognizable

David Caruso, born in 1956 in Queens, rose to fame as Detective John Kelly in NYPD Blue (1993), earning a Golden Globe. However, he left after one season due to “disputes,” leading to a struggling film career with “flops like Jade (1995).”

His major comeback came in 2002 as Horatio Caine in CSI: Miami, a role that “cemented his TV legacy.” Since the show’s end, he has “stepped away from acting,” sparking speculation about his appearance, though it’s likely “just natural aging.”

Despite career ups and downs, Caruso remains a “memorable figure in television history.”
