What Legs Say About Your Health
Legs can reveal a lot about your health. “Swelling, heaviness, varicose veins, or frequent cramps may indicate poor circulation, fluid retention, or heart issues.” If your legs swell by day’s end or in heat, it could be due to hormonal imbalance, too much salt, or kidney problems. Constant numbness or pain may point to poor posture, inactivity, or mineral deficiencies.
Hormones and PMS
Some women feel “swelling, pain, or heavy legs” during PMS, linked to hormonal shifts. Loss of muscle or sagging can mean low activity, aging, or not enough protein.
Spots, Tingling & Skin Changes“Dark spots or tingling may signal diabetes, liver or circulation problems, or vitamin deficiencies.”
