If you see 8 signs, go for an early check-up

1. Blood in Stool or Urine
Noticing blood during bathroom visits may be an early sign of something serious. “Seeing blood where it doesn’t belong is a serious warning,” possibly linked to colorectal, kidney, or bladder cancer. Even one instance of bright red or dark stool, or pink/red urine, should not be ignored.

2. Digestive Changes: Constipation, Diarrhea & Narrow Stools
“Changes in your regular bowel routine that persist for weeks may point to colorectal can:cer.” This includes diarrhea that doesn’t improve, long-term constipation, or stools that are unusually thin for more than two weeks.

3. Unexplained Weight Loss & Abdominal Discomfort
Losing over 10 pounds without trying can be a red flag. “Can:cer can speed up metabolism and suppress appetite,” leading to unexpected weight loss. Bloating, lingering stomach pain, or discomfort after eating could also suggest cancer in the stomach, ovaries, or pancreas.
