A woman who is 24 years old wants the world’s biggest lips.

Jennifer Ivanova, a 24-year-old from Sofia, Bulgaria, is on a mission to have the world’s biggest lips. She has undergone 27 lip procedures using hyaluronic acid injections, spending about \$5,000 so far—each session costing around \$150. Despite doctors warning her to stop, she insists, “I like them a lot and feel much better.”

Her lips are now four times larger than before, but Jennifer still doesn’t believe she holds the world record. “It’s not official,” she said, though fans on social media insist no one has bigger lips. Some even offer her money, trips, and meetings, fascinated by her look.

Eating has become difficult after the injections, especially in the days following a procedure. Still, she says, “I really like my new lips,” and plans to continue despite the discomfort.

Not everyone is supportive. Jennifer faces online hate but brushes it off. “I believe everyone has the right to look however they choose,” she told Jam Press.

Her transformation reflects growing pressure from media ideals, with many turning to surgery for validation. But for Jennifer, her extreme look is all about personal happiness.
