Former Miss Universe, 30, dies in shock head-on collision with moose

Kseniya Alexandrova, Russian model and TV personality, has died at 30. Her agency, Modus Vivendis, confirmed her passing on August 13, writing: “Kseniya was bright, talented, and extraordinarily kind… she will forever remain a symbol of beauty, kindness, and inner strength.”

According to Russian media, Alexandrova died in a car accident on the M9 highway when her car collided with a moose. Her husband, who survived, said she suffered a fatal head injury. The couple had married just months earlier in March.

Born in Moscow, Alexandrova first rose to fame as first runner-up in Miss Russia 2017. She later represented Russia at Miss Universe 2017, where she shared a message of resilience: “We should be strong and believe in ourselves and never give up on our dreams. In this world, everything is possible.”

Beyond modeling, she earned a finance degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2016 and later trained as a psychodrama therapist, which she proudly shared on Instagram in 2022.

The Miss Universe Organization paid tribute, saying, “Her grace, beauty, and spirit left an unforgettable mark on the Miss Universe family and beyond.” Alexandrova’s life, though short, was defined by ambition, compassion, and inspiration.
