1 tablespoon every morning to naturally cleanse your blood vessels

A natural drink made with common kitchen ingredients is gaining attention for circulation and detox support. The recipe calls for “a red onion, garlic, ginger, two lemons, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and a liter of water.”

Preparation begins by slicing the onion, chopping garlic and ginger, and adding them to a pot. One peeled lemon is also added, preferably cleaned by soaking in soda water to remove pesticide residue. A liter of water is poured over the ingredients.

Turmeric and black pepper are mixed in together, since “they enhance absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric.” The mixture simmers for about ten minutes, then cools for 30 minutes to preserve nutrients.

The liquid is strained into a glass bottle, followed by two tablespoons of honey. The second lemon is squeezed directly into the bottle, improving taste and detoxifying effects. The container is then sealed and refrigerated.

For use, “one to two tablespoons are taken each morning on an empty stomach.” Consistency is stressed for best results. While promoted as a natural health booster, this remedy is not a replacement for professional medical care, and medical advice should be sought when needed.
