SURPRISING! Charlie Kirk’s lawyer has disclosed his will, and the recipient is NOT his present spouse or kids!

Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, was tragically killed during an event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. At only 31, he had become “a significant voice within the conservative movement,” especially during Donald Trump’s presidency. His death during the “American Comeback Tour” shocked the nation and fueled concerns about political violence.

The shooting happened in the university courtyard, about 64 kilometers south of Salt Lake City. Witnesses said that “just as he was making a point, a gunshot rang out and struck him in the neck.” Panic broke out as attendees scrambled for safety. Blood was seen at the scene, though no one else was injured.

Authorities believe the shot may have come from a nearby building, but the shooter and motive remain unclear. The uncertainty has deepened public grief and outrage.

Kirk rose to prominence by mobilizing young conservatives through Turning Point USA, which focused on teaching students about conservative values. As a speaker and commentator, he became widely known for his “thought-provoking and often provocative views.”

His untimely death has left a lasting mark on American politics and his supporters nationwide.
