Residents were left shocked Tuesday evening as massive hailstones battered the small town, transforming a quiet night into chaos. The storm arrived suddenly, bringing “fierce winds, thunder, and hail so large” that many compared it to golf or even baseballs.

“The sound was like rocks hitting the house,” one resident said, describing the terrifying noise as hail slammed into cars and rooftops. Within minutes, the storm damaged dozens of vehicles, shattered windows, and tore through several roofs.
