Ella Bleu Travolta, daughter of John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston, grew up surrounded by creativity and family closeness. Born on April 3, 2000, her arrival was a treasured moment her mother once recalled with emotion, saying she and John welcomed Ella together “with deep sentiment.” She became a devoted sister to Jett and later to Benjamin, whose birth brought “renewed joy.” From a young age, Ella loved performing, putting on small shows at home and eventually acting in films with her parents. As she matured, she explored modeling and music, building a career guided by authenticity rather than expectations.
Her shift to a plant-based lifestyle began in 2022 after trying a simple two-week challenge suggested by a friend. What started as a test turned into a long-term change once she realized how much more “energized and balanced” she felt. Documentaries and research deepened her interest, and she embraced veganism as a choice rooted in compassion, sustainability, and well-being. Still, she doesn’t pressure others, believing “meaningful change grows through inspiration, not force.”
Ella now expresses much of her creativity through plant-based cooking. She loves easy breakfasts like peanut-butter toast with agave and pumpkin-spice seasoning, and enjoys vegan baking—from banana bread to a plant-based version of Tom Cruise’s “well-known coconut bundt cake,” a favorite her father happily approves. In 2023, she launched @ellableubakes to share recipes and highlight plant-based cafés.
Despite growing up in the public eye and enduring loss after Kelly’s passing in 2020, Ella has found confidence and balance. Her lifestyle reflects a purposeful way of living—one that blends health, kindness, and environmental care while inviting others to explore plant-based eating at their own pace.
