Story of the human Barbie Jessica Alves

Jessica Alves, formerly Rodrigo Alves, has undergone over 100 surgeries to transform herself into a “human Barbie.” Her journey began in 2020 when she publicly came out as transgender, saying, “I finally feel like the real me—glamorous, beautiful, and feminine.”

Jessica’s transformation started with a rhinoplasty in 2004 and grew into an addiction, leading to procedures like liposuction, rib removal, and facial feminization. Over the years, she’s spent over half a million dollars altering her appearance. Despite the risks—including necrosis after a failed nose surgery—Jessica continued, saying, “Every time I go to surgery, it’s scary, but it’s what I have to go through to be the person I am.”

Her transition included hormone therapy, breast augmentation, and other surgeries to align her body with her identity. “For years, I tried to live as a man, but I was lying to myself,” she shared.

Recently, Jessica underwent a “ponytail facelift” to remove loose skin, describing the process as necessary after dissolving old fillers. Despite the challenges, she often shares her life on Instagram, expressing pride in her transformation. “I love everything that comes with it… In the end, being happy is what matters most.”
