The woman, who lost her home, said, “Good afternoon,” to which Melania replied, “How are you? Good afternoon.” They shared a hug and a cheek kiss before discussing the woman’s journey to America and her losses in the fire. Melania offered words of encouragement, showing empathy and support for those impacted by the disaster.
