Kyle Jacobs’ husband Kellie Pickler’s cause of death was determined through autopsy.

Kyle Jacobs, husband of singer Kellie Pickler, has tragically died by suicide at 49, with an autopsy report confirming no narcotics in his system. His history includes “pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use.” Pseudoseizures are non-epileptic seizures resulting from psychological factors.

When discovered, authorities reported his “apparent suicide death” and initiated an investigation. Kellie Pickler, who had woken up just before him, found the room inaccessible and alerted the police.

Kyle Jacobs, a songwriter, moved to Nashville in 2000, crafting hits for artists like Tim McGraw and Garth Brooks. He received Grammy, CMA, and ACM Award nominations throughout his career.

In 2010, he proposed to Kellie Pickler, marking a beautiful moment in their relationship.
