President Donald Trump will attend Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, the first time a sitting U.S. president has done so. Security is tight after the Bourbon Street terror attack, but officials state there are “no credible threats.” Over 2,700 law enforcement officers, along with the U.S. Secret Service and Homeland Security, are overseeing safety measures.
Trump will also give a pre-game interview with Fox News. While he hasn’t endorsed a team, he praised Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The Super Bowl will feature the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome on February 9. Kendrick Lamar will headline the Apple Music Halftime Show, joined by SZA.
Fans can watch on FOX, stream via the NFL app, or listen on SiriusXM.
