Why this female worker wants to ditch her shirt

Sydney Tradeswoman Sparks Workplace Equality Debate

Australian landscaper Shianne Fox, known as “The Bikini Tradie,” called out a workplace double standard after being told she couldn’t remove her shirt in extreme heat.

Frustration Over Dress Code
“It’s a f—ing 40-degree day today and I’m the one who has to wear my shirt, while all the boys don’t,” she ranted on TikTok.

Equality or Inappropriate?
Fox argued, “At the end of the day, we all have breasts. It’s just a natural thing.” Critics say professionalism should come first.

Mixed Reactions
While Fox hopes to inspire women to join trades, some female workers say, “She does not speak for us.”
