Parents Remove Baby’s Birthmark to Protect Her Future

When Vienna Brookshaw was born in April 2021, her mother, Celine Casey, noticed a birthmark between her eyebrows. The congenital melanocytic nevus (CMN) was harmless, but Casey worried about its emotional impact as Vienna grew.
