A father, Ryan O’Donnell, was shopping with his two children when he saw an elderly woman struggling to pay for her groceries. Her card kept getting declined, and she looked distressed.
Not wanting her to leave empty-handed, Ryan stepped in. “He took $50 out of his wallet” and covered the $44 bill.
Unbeknownst to him, someone captured the moment and shared it online. His small act of kindness went viral.
