Julian McMahon, star of *Nip/Tuck* and *FBI: Most Wanted*, has died at 56 after privately battling cancer. His wife, Kelly, shared, “Julian died peacefully this week after a valiant effort to overcome cancer.”

He last appeared publicly in March, looking noticeably thinner while promoting *The Surfer* with Nicolas Cage. Kelly said, “Julian loved life… his family, his work, and his fans. His deepest wish was to bring joy into as many lives as possible.”

Julian gained fame in the FX series *Nip/Tuck* (2003–2010) as Dr. Christian Troy. He also starred in *Charmed*, *Profiler*, and portrayed Dr. Doom in the *Fantastic Four* films. From 2020 to 2022, he led *FBI: Most Wanted* before departing after three seasons.

He began his career on *Home & Away* and later acted in *Premonition* with Sandra Bullock. His final role was playing an Australian Prime Minister in Netflix’s *The Residence*, echoing his real-life connection—he was the son of Sir William McMahon, Australia’s former PM.

Julian was married three times and leaves behind a daughter, Madison. His family asks for privacy, stating, “We are grateful for the memories… and hope those he touched continue to find joy.”
