The woman caught on camera getting cozy with tech billionaire Andrew Byron at a Coldplay concert is reportedly married — not to Byron, but to another high-profile CEO. Even more shocking, the couple shares children.

Kristin Cabot, Chief of HR at Astronomer, was seen getting intimate with the company’s CEO, Andy Byron, at a Coldplay concert in Boston. The moment, captured on the kiss cam, sparked speculation—especially after frontman Chris Martin joked, “They’re either having an affair or are extremely timid.”

Despite this public display, *DailyMail.com* confirms Cabot is married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Privateer Rum. Property records and past photos show Kristin with her husband and his children. She also wore a wedding ring at his daughter’s 2023 birthday—absent during the Coldplay outing.

Byron is also married. After the concert footage went viral, his wife, Megan, removed his last name from her social media. Both Kristin and Byron have declined to comment.

Astronomer responded, stating, “Our leaders are expected to set the standard… The Board of Directors has started a formal investigation.” It’s unclear if disciplinary action will follow.

Byron, who became CEO in 2023, recently led the company through a \$93 million funding round, calling it “very exciting.” Last November, he called Kristin a “perfect fit” for Astronomer due to her leadership and HR experience.
