Bulgarian influencer Andrea Ivanova, 27, claims to have the “biggest lips in the world” and has spent around £20,000 on lip fillers since starting her transformation in 2018. She recently shared photos of her appearance before the cosmetic changes, showing a much more natural look.

Her procedures include lip and cheek enhancements, chin and jaw reshaping, and more. Andrea admits her extreme look makes dating difficult but says, *“Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.”*

Despite warnings from her regular doctor, Andrea underwent six procedures in one day as an experiment. *“My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid… but I was adamant,”* she said. The surgeries caused pain and swelling, especially in her jaw and cheeks, but she insists it’s worth it.

She now travels to Germany for procedures, although even her new doctor has warned of risks like necrosis—a dangerous condition where tissue dies due to lack of blood flow. Andrea says, *“I trust my doctor… but they are afraid I’ll get necrosis.”*

Still, she plans to continue, saying, *“You shouldn’t judge people for their looks… it makes me very happy.”*
