Colombian transgender model Danna Sultana, who was born male and identifies as female, is expecting a baby with her husband Esteban Landrau, who was born female but identifies as male. The couple conceived naturally since both retain their original reproductive organs.

Danna shared a photo on Instagram with the hashtag *“Love Is Love”*, showing her kissing Esteban’s eight-month baby bump. In a sweet video, she caresses his belly while he smiles for the camera.

Recently, Esteban experienced what felt like early labor, and the couple rushed to the hospital. Doctors confirmed it was a false alarm, explaining that such symptoms are normal in late pregnancy, especially with a larger baby.

They’ve chosen the name *Ariel* for their son and posted pictures together in their garden, saying, *“We almost have our beloved.”*

The couple first announced the pregnancy in February, writing *“Dreams do come true.”* Support has poured in from fans, with one commenting, *“They are very beautiful and are giving a lot of courage to thousands of trans couples.”*
