🦷 Just one drop whitens teeth, eliminates fungus, and fights bad breath

Tea tree oil can support oral health in several natural ways. A **drop mixed with toothpaste or diluted as a rinse** may “reduce surface stains caused by coffee, tea, or tobacco,” gradually restoring your teeth’s natural shine.

Thanks to its **antifungal properties**, it may help with oral thrush and similar infections. A diluted rinse “helps control fungal growth naturally,” often with fewer side effects than medications.

It’s also known to **freshen breath** by targeting odor-causing bacteria. Just “add a drop to half a glass of water” and rinse to neutralize bad smells.

However, **use with caution**: never swallow tea tree oil, always dilute it, and do a patch test first. It’s highly concentrated and can cause allergic reactions.

While “a single drop of tea tree oil can freshen your breath, reduce stains, and fight fungi,” it should not replace standard dental care. Always consult your dentist—especially if pregnant or dealing with dental issues—before adding it to your routine.
