Cloves: A Natural Solution for Skin Tags and Warts

Cloves are a natural remedy for removing skin tags and warts thanks to their antiseptic, antifungal, and healing properties. The key compound, eugenol, has “antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties,” helping to dry out and shrink growths. Their antiviral and antifungal effects also fight the infections that cause warts.

To use, mix clove powder with coconut or olive oil into a thick paste. Clean the affected area, apply the paste, and cover it with cotton or gauze secured by tape or a bandage. Leave it on for several hours or overnight, then rinse with warm water.

Repeat nightly for one to two weeks until the skin tag or wart “gradually dries out, shrinks, and ultimately falls off.” Consistency and cleanliness are essential for success.

If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first to avoid irritation.

By harnessing the power of cloves, you can achieve “clearer, smoother skin” without harsh chemicals—just patience and a little nature’s magic.
