Armed Robber Shot By Good Samaritan, Family’s Reaction Sparks Outrage

In an attempted armed robbery at a Family Dollar store, 18-year-old Adric White met an unexpected foe when a Good Samaritan, who held a legal concealed-carry license, turned the tables. When the intruder demanded cash at gunpoint, the brave bystander intervened. He warned White not to move, but White disregarded the warning and was shot five times in self-defense.

White survived the shooting, but his family protested the Good Samaritan’s actions. They argued that he should have stayed out of it. However, since White posed a threat by waving his gun and terrorizing store employees, the bystander’s actions were considered reasonable.

The anonymous Good Samaritan regretted resorting to bullets but emphasized that he had never used his concealed carry license in this manner before. White, despite his injuries, should be grateful for escaping with his life.

This incident highlights the risks associated with armed robbery and the importance of self-defense in such situations.
