Speculation has grown online about bruises repeatedly seen on Donald Trump’s hand. The marks were first noticed in February when he welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron. At the time, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt explained the injury as a result of constant greetings: “President Trump is a man of the people… His commitment is unwavering, and he proves that every single day.”
Trump himself has said the bruises come from “shaking hands with thousands of people.” Still, some remain doubtful. One X user claimed they appear “oddly clustered around the 24th of the month,” suggesting regular infusions.
Dr. Gareth Nye, a lecturer at the University of Salford, told the Daily Star the bruising could be “from an IV drip” or linked to blood thinners, sunlight, or age.
Wellness IVs are increasingly popular, with celebrities like Hailey Bieber saying, “I’m going to NAD for the rest of my life, and I’m never going to age.”
Trump’s bruises remain a mystery, fueling ongoing theories.
