Stomach c.a.n.c.e.r is caused by abnormal cell growth in the stomach, leading to tumors. The most common type is adenocarcinoma. Symptoms include “blood in the stool,” anemia, fatigue, irregular bowel movements, nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, feeling full after small meals, and “constant pain in the abdomen.” Since these signs are often ignored, diagnosis usually comes late, making the disease “so deadly.”
Doctors say it can be prevented with a healthy diet. Avoid processed foods, sugary items, red meat, and grilled meat. Instead, eat fiber-rich foods, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
Turmeric is especially recommended for its anti-c.a.n.c.e.r benefits, but on its own it is poorly absorbed. To improve absorption, it should be combined with black pepper, ginger, or olive oil. “Black pepper can boost the bioavailability of turmeric by 2000%.”
A simple mix includes ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon olive oil, and a pinch of black pepper. Don’t cook it—just mix and consume directly or add to salads several times daily.
