Charlie Kirk’s wife, Erika, has shared heartbreaking tributes following his assassination. The 31-year-old conservative activist was shot in the neck on September 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University. Two days later, the FBI confirmed the arrest of 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.
Kirk leaves behind Erika and their two young children. On September 12, Erika appeared on his podcast livestream, thanking first responders, staff, and President Trump. She said, “Mr President, my husband loved you. And he knew that you loved him too.” She also recalled Kirk’s passions, adding that “most of all, he loved his children. And he loved me. With all his heart.”
On Instagram, Erika posted emotional photos and videos, including moments at her husband’s open casket. She was seen bowing her head, kissing his hands, and whispering, “I love you… God bless you.” Another clip showed the casket being loaded into a hearse, later transported on Air Force Two with Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha by her side.
Leaning on her faith, Erika wrote: “The world is evil. But our Savior… is so good.” She vowed to continue her husband’s mission: “You. All of you. Will never. Ever. Forget my husband. I’ll make sure of it.”
