Ella Bleu Travolta, daughter of John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston, is blending entertainment and wellness through her vegan lifestyle focused on ethics, health, and sustainability.
Kelly once recalled Ella’s birth: “John put his hands under her arms while she was still halfway out, and I put my hand on his, and we pulled her out together and laid her on my chest.” Growing up, Ella shared a close bond with her late brother Jett and was thrilled when Benjamin was born — “You would have thought Ella was having Benjamin herself… she was elated, to say the least.”
Her passion for performing began early, debuting in Old Dogs at age nine and later acting in The Poison Rose. By 2024, she had expanded into modeling and music.
In 2022, Ella adopted a vegan diet after a short trial, saying, “It has really been a game-changer in how I feel — overall I have more energy, and I feel great.” She promotes veganism gently: “I never try to force or convince someone to go plant-based.” Her creations include vegan banana bread and a coconut bundt cake that John called “delicious, oh my goodness.”
After losing her mother in 2020, Ella found strength in wellness and creativity, living out her belief that veganism is “a mindful, purpose-led way of living.”
