White Truffles A Quick Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 125g butter
  • 250g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 150g fresh cream
  • 2cl lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Melt 250g white chocolate with 1 tbsp milk in a bain-marie. After melting, add soft butter and lemon juice, then mix.
  2. Whip 150g fresh cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture, whipping for 1 minute.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture until firm.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll them into round shapes, and refrigerate.
