She was found in the shower that morning. An internal NYPD report stated she was discovered “unconscious and unresponsive” with “approximately 100 assorted pills” nearby.
Emergency responders arrived but were unable to revive her, a police spokesperson told PEOPLE. The FDNY’s 911 report noted the caller believed she might have suffered cardiac arrest.
