Apple Butter

6 1/2 kilos apples peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons floor cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Place the apples in a sluggish cooker.
Step 2: Add the sugars, cinnamon, salt and vanilla to the crockpot. Combine properly.
Step 3: Cook dinner in sluggish cooker on low for about 10 hours, stirring each couple hours. The apple butter ought to be thick and darkish brown.
